Rossin, Mayor Kasim Reed and RI President John Kenney pictured in front of the Paul Harris Portrait painted by Rossin For Rotary International. Auctioned off at the 2011 International Convention, the high bid of $170,523 was made by the members and friends of the Rotary Club of Atlanta in honor of Rotarian Wilton Looney and his wife Martha. All proceeds went to help in the fight to eradicate polio worldwide.

Governor Pawlenty has announced that he has selected the artist Rossin to paint his official portrait. When completed, the framed portrait will hang in the Minnesota State Capitol along with the official portraits of each of the state’s previous governors.
Rossin Receives Bulgarian Medal of Merit
Rossin Receives Bulgarian Honorary Medal of Merit from President Georgi Parvanov

Rossin has returned from a trip Bulgaria where he was recently honored by Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov with an honorary medal of merit. Parvanov presented Rossin the medal in the National Coat of Arms Hall. A native of Bulgaria, Rossin donated his portrait of Vasil Levski to the Presidency of the Republic of Bulgaria. The portrait now hangs next to the National Coat of Arms. Rossin’s wife and children accompanied him to the ceremony.
