General Ralph Edward “Ed” Eberhart is a retired United States Air Force (USAF) general who served as the commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and United States Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. He was in charge of NORAD on 9/11.
